What changed
  • Vault page, history view and withdrawal/deposit guide now use the new design
  • Confirming a withdrawal or deposit is now a clear, plainly worded dialogue
  • It states plainly that trading continues for the whole account within minutes once confirmed

The Vault page, its history view, and the step-by-step withdrawal and deposit guide now use the new design. The most meaningful change is in the confirmation step: when you confirm that a withdrawal or deposit shown on your account was genuinely made by you at your broker, that dialogue is now clearer about exactly what you're confirming and what happens next.

What changed

The confirmation step is now a plainly worded dialogue — a sheet on desktop and tablet, an alert on iPhone. It names the amount and the date, and explains that trading continues for the whole account within minutes once you confirm.

Why it matters

The Vault and its confirmation step matter because real money and trading status are involved, so this is one of the areas we're most careful about getting the wording and the flow exactly right. A customer should never be unsure what they're agreeing to when they tap "Confirm".

What you need to do

If you make a withdrawal or deposit at your broker, you still need to confirm it in CFIN afterwards so trading can carry on for that account. As always, CFIN never holds or moves your money itself — that happens directly with your broker. In practice, that looks like this:

  1. Make the withdrawal or deposit directly with your broker.
  2. Confirm in CFIN that the amount and date shown match what you did.
  3. Trading continues for the whole account within minutes once you confirm.

In detail

One more thing

The wording in the confirmation dialogue was deliberately kept simple and specific — naming the amount and the date — rather than vague, so there's no ambiguity about exactly what you're confirming before trading carries on.

This is one of the clearest examples in the whole redesign of a case where the visual refresh and a genuine clarity improvement happened at the same time, because money and trading status are both involved.
