- FAQ, and more of the product, now available in Dutch, French, German and Spanish
- Currency figures inside translated content are localised correctly, not just translated
- A translation still catching up simply shows in English meanwhile
The FAQ — both on the public homepage and inside your dashboard — is now translated in-house into Dutch, French, German and Spanish, with figures like fees and minimum amounts shown in the correct local currency format for each language.
Why it matters
Not every customer is most comfortable reading in English, and getting currency and number formatting right in each language matters for a product that deals in money — a misplaced decimal separator or thousands marker can genuinely mislead someone.
What you need to do
- Open your account preferences, or the language selector on the public site.
- Choose Dutch, French, German or Spanish.
- The FAQ and other supported content will follow your choice.
A translation that hasn't caught up yet will simply show in English until it's ready — that's never a reason we hold anything else back.
In detail
- The FAQ, on both the homepage and inside the dashboard, is translated in-house into Dutch, French, German and Spanish.
- Currency figures inside translated content are formatted correctly for each language, not just translated word for word.
- Legal reading pages — Privacy, Cookies, Disclaimer, Acceptable use, Terms, and the FAQ — moved to a new, calmer reading layout; the legal text itself is unchanged.
Getting the numbers right
Getting currency formatting right in each language, rather than just translating the surrounding words, took real care — a decimal separator or thousands marker that's correct in one language can be actively misleading in another.
We'll keep adding and improving translations over time.
