What changed
  • Homepage FAQ and in-app FAQ now share one reconciled set of answers
  • Available in English, Dutch, French, German and Spanish
  • Currency figures inside answers are localised correctly per language

The FAQ on the CFIN homepage and the FAQ inside your dashboard now draw from the same reconciled set of answers, so a question answered on one is answered the same way on the other. These answers are also available in Dutch, French, German and Spanish, with currency figures localised correctly for each language.

Why one source matters

It's easy for two separately maintained copies of the same answer to drift apart over time, which is confusing for anyone who reads both. A single source of truth removes that risk and lets us support more languages at once.

What you need to do

Browse the FAQ from the homepage or from Learn inside the dashboard, and switch your preferred language in either place — the answers will follow.

In detail

Keeping it reconciled

Reconciling the homepage FAQ, the in-app FAQ and the FAQ's structured search-engine data closes a gap that's easy to open by accident: three separately maintained copies, each edited at a different time, eventually say three slightly different things.

As part of this work we also reviewed the FAQ for wording that had fallen behind the rest of the product, such as leftover terms from before the move to today's wording. If you ever notice the public FAQ and the in-app FAQ disagreeing on something, please let Support know.
