What changed
  • One shared, Apple-inspired design language is rolling out across the dashboard, website and support tools
  • Same cards, buttons, menus, pop-ups, tables, icons and type scale used on every page; dark mode uses true black with dark cards
  • No action needed — your account, trading and data are unaffected, and the rollout ships page by page

What changed

CFIN is moving the customer dashboard, the public website, and the tools our own support team uses onto one shared, Apple-inspired design language, so what you learn on one screen now carries over to every other screen.

Instead of several pages that each grew their own look over time, every screen now shares the same building blocks — the same cards, buttons, menus, pop-ups and tables.

The new look favours calm, grouped grey pages with flat white cards, and a true black background with dark cards in dark mode. One consistent accent colour and a single type scale are used throughout, and icons are now consistent across every page.

Why

We had several designs that had grown independently, which made the product feel inconsistent and sometimes confusing — a control that looked and worked one way on one page and differently on another.

Moving everything onto one shared design system means what you learn on one page carries over to every other page. It also means we can build and fix things faster, since every page draws from the same shared components.

What you need to do

Nothing. This is a visual and structural refresh, not a change to how your account, your trading or your data works.

As each page ships, you’ll notice a cleaner layout, clearer labels, and the same information you had before, easier to read. We’ll cover specific pages in their own posts as they roll out.
